My Chosen Genre - Horror

I have decided to choose horror as my chosen genre, probably creating a marketing campaign from the slasher sub-genre.

I am a big fan of horror movies and I am already familiar with some of the genres key conventions, but before I start planning my film I will look at the following aspects of the horror genre:

• Character Types
• Narrative Structure
• Editing
• Intended Effect and Typical Themes
• Sound
